Congratulations, Mark!

Some time ago, I wrote I was happy because, in Manila, Mark was developing a project residence called "Neo-Urban Planner". Lot´s of things have been happening since that and now we have a great news: Bogotá officials connects Manila, and Mark Salvatus was invited by Ayala Foundation and Rockefeller foundation to have a talk with Mr. Enrique Penalosa, the former Mayor of Bogotá on May,11th.
